Términos de uso
Estos términos regulan el uso de Cargix, la app de iPhone y la versión web en app.cargix.com, ofrecidas por CARGIX LLC, una empresa de Wyoming, Estados Unidos ("Cargix", "nosotros"). Al usar Cargix aceptas estos términos y la Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses Cargix.
1. Qué es Cargix
Cargix ofrece herramientas para choferes y empresas de transporte: calculadora de cargas y costos, rutas sugeridas para camión, paradas y servicios, clima, comunidad de choferes, Asistente Cargix y cursos de idiomas. Cargix no es asesoría financiera, legal, contable ni de cumplimiento normativo. Cargix no ofrece cargas, no actúa como broker ni como transportista y no participa en acuerdos entre ellos.
2. Rutas, mapas y seguridad
- Las rutas, distancias, tiempos, paradas, precios y restricciones se calculan con datos de terceros que pueden estar incompletos, desactualizados o equivocados.
- Las señales de tránsito, las restricciones oficiales de altura, peso y acceso, las indicaciones de la autoridad y tu criterio como conductor siempre mandan sobre lo que muestre Cargix.
- Antes de tomar una ruta, verifica que tu vehículo cumple con la altura, el peso, el largo y los accesos del trayecto, y que tienes los permisos necesarios.
- No manipules la app mientras conduces. Configura la ruta con el vehículo detenido.
- Las medidas del vehículo las escribes tú. Si son incorrectas, la ruta también puede serlo.
3. Edad y cuenta
Debes tener al menos 18 años para usar la comunidad y para comprar una suscripción. Eres responsable de lo que hagas con tu perfil y de mantener tu dispositivo protegido.
4. Reglas de la comunidad
En el chat, la radio CB y los reportes está prohibido: acosar, amenazar o insultar; publicar contenido sexual, violento, discriminatorio u ofensivo; publicar datos personales de otras personas; hacer spam o publicidad no autorizada; hacerse pasar por otra persona o empresa; publicar reportes falsos de básculas o precios; y cualquier actividad ilegal. Podemos ocultar contenido, limitar funciones o suspender cuentas que no cumplan estas reglas, con o sin aviso. Lo que publicas sigue siendo tuyo, pero nos das permiso para mostrarlo dentro de Cargix mientras esté publicado. Los mensajes se borran en los plazos indicados en la Política de privacidad.
Puntos y niveles. Los puntos de la Manada Cargix son un reconocimiento dentro de la app. No tienen valor monetario, no se pueden canjear, vender ni transferir, y no dan derecho a ningún premio. Podemos ajustar las reglas de puntos, quitar puntos ganados con reportes falsos o abusivos y reiniciar los puntos de cuentas suspendidas.
5. Asistente Cargix
El Asistente Cargix genera respuestas de forma automática y puede equivocarse. Confirma siempre con la fuente oficial (FMCSA, el DOT de tu estado u otra autoridad) antes de decidir. En temas de negocio de transporte, el asistente puede recomendar los servicios de luvielobo.com, un negocio relacionado con el fundador de Cargix.
6. Suscripciones y pagos
- Cargix tiene funciones gratis y planes de pago: Básico, Premium e Idiomas, mensuales o anuales. El precio y lo que incluye cada plan se muestran en la app antes de comprar.
- El pago se cobra a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra. En Básico y Premium, si eliges la prueba gratis de 3 días, el cobro se hace al terminar la prueba, salvo que canceles antes.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el mismo periodo y precio, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo actual. Apple cobra la renovación dentro de las 24 horas anteriores al final del periodo.
- Puedes ver y cancelar tus suscripciones en los ajustes de tu iPhone, en tu nombre, Suscripciones. Si cancelas, conservas el plan hasta el final del periodo pagado.
- Si compras un plan durante la prueba gratis, la parte no usada de la prueba se pierde.
- Los reembolsos los decide Apple según sus reglas (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Podemos cambiar precios o funciones de los planes. Los cambios de precio se avisan según las reglas de Apple antes de afectar tu renovación.
7. Licencia de la app
Te damos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar Cargix. Si descargas Cargix del App Store, también aplica el Contrato de licencia estándar de Apple (EULA). Si hay diferencias, estos términos aplican en lo que el EULA permita.
8. Usos prohibidos
No puedes copiar ni extraer de forma masiva datos de Cargix, usar programas automáticos, hacer ingeniería inversa, saltar los límites de uso o de los planes, ni usar Cargix para fines ilegales.
9. Propiedad intelectual y datos de terceros
El nombre CARGIX, los logos, el diseño, los textos y los cursos pertenecen a CARGIX LLC o a su fundador. Datos del mapa: © colaboradores de OpenStreetMap y Protomaps. Rutas y direcciones: HERE. Clima: National Weather Service. Los nombres de cadenas y marcas de terceros se usan solo para identificarlas y no implican relación ni patrocinio.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
Cargix se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la medida que permita la ley, CARGIX LLC no responde por daños indirectos, pérdida de ingresos, multas, daños al vehículo o a la carga, ni por decisiones tomadas con información de Cargix, de otros usuarios o del Asistente Cargix. Si la ley no permite excluir esa responsabilidad, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste por Cargix en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
11. Fin del servicio
Puedes dejar de usar Cargix cuando quieras y borrar tu cuenta desde Mi cuenta. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumples estos términos.
12. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Wyoming y las leyes federales de Estados Unidos aplicables.
13. Cambios y contacto

Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Cargix, the iPhone app and the web version at app.cargix.com, offered by CARGIX LLC, a Wyoming company in the United States ("Cargix", "we"). By using Cargix you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Cargix.
1. What Cargix is
Cargix offers tools for drivers and trucking companies: load and cost calculator, suggested truck routes, stops and services, weather, a driver community, Cargix Assistant and language courses. Cargix is not financial, legal, accounting or compliance advice. Cargix does not offer loads, does not act as a broker or carrier and does not take part in agreements between them.
2. Routes, maps and safety
- Routes, distances, times, stops, prices and restrictions are calculated with third-party data that may be incomplete, outdated or wrong.
- Road signs, official height, weight and access restrictions, instructions from authorities and your judgment as a driver always take priority over what Cargix shows.
- Before taking a route, check that your vehicle complies with the height, weight, length and access limits on the way, and that you have the required permits.
- Do not handle the app while driving. Set up the route while the vehicle is stopped.
- You enter your vehicle’s dimensions. If they are wrong, the route may be wrong too.
3. Age and account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the community and to buy a subscription. You are responsible for what you do with your profile and for keeping your device secure.
4. Community rules
In the chat, CB radio and reports, the following is prohibited: harassing, threatening or insulting others; posting sexual, violent, discriminatory or offensive content; posting other people’s personal data; spam or unauthorized advertising; impersonating a person or company; posting false weigh station or price reports; and any illegal activity. We may hide content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. What you post remains yours, but you allow us to display it inside Cargix while it is posted. Messages are deleted within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
Points and levels. Cargix Pack points are in-app recognition only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, sold or transferred, and do not entitle you to any prize. We may change the points rules, remove points earned with false or abusive reports and reset the points of suspended accounts.
5. Cargix Assistant
Cargix Assistant generates answers automatically and can be wrong. Always confirm with the official source (FMCSA, your state DOT or another authority) before deciding. On trucking business topics, the assistant may recommend the services of luvielobo.com, a business related to the founder of Cargix.
6. Subscriptions and payments
- Cargix has free features and paid plans: Basic, Premium and Languages, monthly or yearly. The price and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. For Basic and Premium, if you choose the 3-day free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can view and cancel your subscriptions in your iPhone settings, under your name, Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
- If you buy a plan during the free trial, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Refunds are decided by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- We may change plan prices or features. Price changes are notified under Apple’s rules before they affect your renewal.
7. App license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Cargix. If you download Cargix from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If there are differences, these terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not copy or extract Cargix data in bulk, use automated programs, reverse engineer the app, bypass usage or plan limits, or use Cargix for illegal purposes.
9. Intellectual property and third-party data
The CARGIX name, logos, design, texts and courses belong to CARGIX LLC or its founder. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors and Protomaps. Routes and addresses: HERE. Weather: National Weather Service. Third-party chain and brand names are used only to identify them and do not imply any relationship or sponsorship.
10. Limitation of liability
Cargix is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, CARGIX LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost income, fines, damage to the vehicle or cargo, or decisions made with information from Cargix, other users or Cargix Assistant. If the law does not allow excluding that liability, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Cargix in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using Cargix at any time and delete your account from My account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law.
13. Changes and contact
